Cherie Louise Ebery Adelaide, South Australia Death-Obituary: Pro Wrestling South Australia Devoted Fans Has Passed Away

It is with the heaviest of hearts that Pro Wrestling South Australia announces the passing of one of its most devoted and beloved figures, Cherie Louise Ebery.

For over 15 years, Cherie, alongside her mother Carole, was a constant, radiant presence at PWSA/Snakepit events. More than just a fan, she was part of the fabric of the promotion. Cherie served as PWSA’s official result writer, meticulously documenting the triumphs and dramas that unfolded in the ring. Her write-ups were not mere statistics; they were passionate accounts that captured the emotion and energy of each event, preserving the promotion’s history with care and love.

Her dedication, however, went far beyond the notepad. The love and devotion Cherie had for PWSA—for the wrestlers, the staff, and her fellow fans—was truly unmatched. She was the embodiment of wrestling’s communal spirit, offering unwavering support, enthusiastic cheers, and a warm smile that made everyone feel seen. In a world of scripted rivalries, her genuine passion was the real and enduring heartbeat in the crowd.

Cherie’s passing leaves a silent corner in the stands and a profound void in the PWSA family. Her legacy is etched into every show report and lives on in the memories of all who shared in the excitement she so clearly cherished. Our deepest condolences and thoughts are with her mother, Carole, and all her loved ones.

Thank you, Cherie, for your years of faithful support. You were, and will always remain, part of our story.
